Statement of Philanthropy

The KU Medical Center Area Health Education Center's Continuing Education plays a vital role in the professional development of health care professionals in rural Kansas. Through our programs health care professionals in rural areas are provided the opportunity to receive needs-based professional development.

With your donation, health care professionals in rural Kansas can have the opportunity to continue their professional development and provide improved health care to all Kansans. The KU Medical Center AHEC organizes several regional conferences such as the Midwest Regional Health Professions Conference in Pittsburg, Kan. and the Western Kansas Advanced Nursing Practice Symposium in Hays, Kan.

By making a gift, you can ensure that the quality of health care in rural Kansas can continue to progress.
