Broadcast Time

Broadcast time will be 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. Sessions will begin and end promptly. Participants at each location will be able to view the slide presentation and the speaker, as well as respond either by using a webcam/microphone at your site, typing in questions or connecting via a telephone connection. Broadcasts can be viewed on mobile devices by using the Zoom app.

Registering for the Brown Bag Webinar Series

Registrations will be accepted for each topic cluster. Prior to the start of the cluster, an informational flyer will be distributed with the schedule of each session as well as an organization registration form.

Cost for each cluster is broken down as follows:

$125 - Organizational Registration: An organization may register as a site and have an unlimited number of participants. The organization fee will include continuing education credit applicable to the cluster for individuals that are employed by the organization and attending at your site. If an organization logs in from multiple locations, registration must be made for each location. AHEC reserves the right to limit connections that each organization can use.

$60 - Individual Registration: An individual may register to view each cluster on their own as the sole participant.

Registered organizations or individuals may log on for any, or all, of the sessions within each cluster at their discretion. The fee will remain the same; it will not be prorated based upon the number of sessions attended.

Continuing Education Credit/Certificates of Attendance

All individual participants will receive a continuing education certificate if continuing education is appropriate for that session and their discipline, otherwise they will be issued a certificate of attendance. Continuing education credit is issued based upon completion of a verification of attendance form for each session attended. Credit for each session can be found on our website or each cluster's flyer when confirmed. A transcript will be issued at the conclusion of each cluster; certificates will not be issued for each individual session.

Please note: Site contacts will provide each participant at their site with the link to where they may complete their registration and evaluation form online. If the participant has an electronic device (i.e. smart phone, tablet, etc.) they may follow along with the presentation and complete the forms at the time of the presentation or complete the forms when they have a computer available. Forms are available online the Monday prior to each session and will be available until the following Monday.
