Northwest Kansas Healthcare Symposium: Obstetric and Newborn Care

Symposium flyerThe Northwest Kansas Healthcare Symposium: Obstetric and Newborn Care will be held November 30, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Northwest Kansas Educational Service Center, 702 W. 2nd St. in Oakley, Kansas.  This course is designed to promote an interprofessional approach to managing emergent obstetric and newborn care in relation to precipitous delivery, hemorrhage, severe hypertension in pregnancy, and neonatal abstinence syndrome. This program will focus on evidence based concepts and procedures to improve outcomes for both the parturient and the newborn. Physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, nurses, and other interested allied health professionals are encouraged to attend.
