KUMC Police Department held its annual awards and police memorial ceremony in conjunction with National Police Week. View photos. Parking rate changes and policy updatesKUMC parking rate increases and new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking policy will take effect on July 1. Rate increases apply to all KUMC parking garages and surface lots as well as visitor and ADA parking. The increases will help KUMC with parking maintenance as well as parking upgrades. Read more. Stuff that might interest youShort-term disability: Open enrollment for the new short-term disability benefit begins May 15 and ends June 15. Short-term disability offers income protection if you become sick or disabled and unable to work. During this initial enrollment period, all benefits-eligible KUMC employees are guaranteed coverage regardless of your health. Read more.
