Online 2013 W-2 forms are available now in the State Employee Self Service Center. You can access your W-2 electronically any time the self service center is open. If you do not consent to receive your W-2 information electronically, you will receive printed W-2 forms, which will be mailed the last week of January in accordance with IRS regulations.
Please note: only taxable income appears on the W-2. If you would like an explanation of W-2 calculations, visit the payroll website under "2013 W-2 helpful information." If you want to view your year-to-date balance, check your last paycheck in December. You may also request a YTD balance report by emailing payroll.
If you have not already consented to receive your W-2 information electronically and would like to, just follow the steps below. You only need to consent once and your consent remains in effect until it is withdrawn. Your W-2 form (and up to five years of prior W-2 forms) will be available immediately once you complete the consent.
