This year's game features a cast of 24 well known former Major Leaguers that will be taking the field on Saturday, May 31. The other five Royals Hall of Famers include Willie Wilson, Amos Otis, Dennis Leonard, Frank White and Fred Patek. Lee Smith and his former Major League leading 478 saves, and 1993 World Series hero Joe Carter will also be featured in the annual event. This year’s game will also feature 1989 all-star and World Series MVP Dave Stewart who played a majority of his career with the Oakland A’s.

The game will take place at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on Saturday, May 31 at 7:00 p.m. Pre-game festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the gates opening at 2:15 p.m. There will also be an autograph session where fans can get autographs from their favorite players for $20 each.

The game will be an actual baseball game lasting seven innings with the teams being randomly chosen. The event will be emceed for the third straight year by the entertaining Jon Warden.
