Ms. Fox-Mangiaracina received her BA in Clinical and Community Dietetics from the University of Florida and her MA from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 1999. Her primary focus has been in pediatric nutrition with an emphasis for the past 15 years in developmental disabilities and chronic illness. Her areas of expertise include Cystic Fibrosis, PKU and oral-motor and feeding issues.
