Resources for Researchers

  • The Grayhawk Laboratory: The mission of the Grayhawk Lab is to study and understand age-related changes in cognitive function. A suite of six rooms equipped with computers and tables provide convenient testing space for Center-affiliated researchers.
  • The Grayhawk Research Volunteer Program maintains a panel of adults aged 60 and over who have indicated a willingness to participate in research studies through KUMC.
  • The Human Performance Laboratory (HPL): The HPL is dedicated to advancing the understanding of motor function through interdisciplinary research and education. The HPL is equipped to provide quantitative analysis of motor performance in both healthy older adults and the diseases of aging.
  • The ASTRA Database is a registry of stroke survivors who have indicated a willingness to participate in research projects.
