2013 Alumni Awards - Call for nominations

The KUMC Alumni Association annually presents the Distinguished, Honorary and Early Career Achievement Alumni Awards to a deserving alumnus from each school. These are the highest honors the KUMC Alumni Association bestows upon graduates of the KU Schools of Health Professions, Medicine and Nursing and those who have made outstanding contributions to the health care professions. The KUMC Alumni Association is currently accepting Alumni Award nominations for 2013. To nominate a classmate, colleague or health care professional, please return the following required information:

• Completed nomination form
• Nominee's current curriculum vitae
• Two letters of recommendation - recommendation letters are essential to the selection process (the most effective letters will address each criteria listed on the nomination form) 

Note: Incomplete nominations will not be considered by the selection committees.

Deadline: Please submit all materials to the KUMC Alumni & Community Relations office by 5:00 PM on February 6, 2013.
