School of Health Professions
KU's department of occupational therapy education teaches children with autism how to swim through an Autism Speaks grant. View the video.

Shane Stecklein, Ph.D., an M.D./Ph.D. student in the KU School of Medicine, has discovered a potential method for knocking down a class of cancer-associated genes. This finding may lead to better treatments for breast and ovarian cancers. Read more.
