FROM THE EXECUTIVE VICE CHANCELLOR
The new e-newsletter

At KU Medical Center, we value our alumni and we want to stay in touch to update you on the exciting things that are taking place on campus, as well as the challenges we face as we move forward. Our Alumni Associations are currently changing in order to better serve you, and we have a new alumni director on board, Kim Huyett.

This new bi-monthly e-newsletter will inform you about what we are working on, what are students are doing, and what opportunities are available to you as alumni.

Despite budget cuts, I believe this year will be great for the Medical Center. We are committed to achieving NCI designation so Kansans can seek quality and cutting-edge care close to home. We are also very grateful for the Distinguished Medical Teaching Fund trustees and the Medical Alumni Association, as they have generously given money to help excel our MD/PhD program. You can read more about these exciting opportunities for Kansans and our students below.

I look forward to continuing the conversation with our alumni.
