On behalf of the KU Medical Center Alumni Associations, thank you to all that attended Alumni weekend in September! We hope you had a great time catching up, whether you graduated 5 years ago or 50 years ago, it is always great to see Alums together sharing memories of their times at the Medical Center. It is our pleasure to show how KUMC has improved and innovated over the years. The past two years we have celebrated the centennial anniversaries of the School of Medicine and School of Nursing; this past September we celebrated their 50th anniversaries, which was a great success and enjoyed by all.

This year we gathered to celebrate, reunite and reminisce. We enjoyed each other’s company as we saw Kansas City’s sights, visited the Medical Center’s campus and honored the reunion classes and award winners. We attended class reunion activities, campus updates, tours of our newest facilities and much more. We look to the future anxiously for next year’s Alumni Weekend, in hopes of your return!

In keeping with the success of Alumni Weekend, we hope to see each and every one of you again next year; it wouldn’t be the same without you!

Mark your calendars now for Reunion 2008, taking place October 3rd-5th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel! This year's Reunion –Celebrating the classes of '48, '53, '58, '63, '68, '73, '78, '83- promises to be an enjoyable event. It's not too soon to start making plans to attend and contacting your fellow classmates to make sure they're coming, too.
