Forever Friends Diana Lain Hughes Scholarship Fund

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Applicants must have graduated from high school in the Shawnee Mission, Kan., school district
  2. Applicants must be in their last year of study in the programs of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Kansas
  3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
  4. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 in their graduate degree program
The deadline for submitting the scholarship application is February 19. Please use the form below and an application will be sent to you by email.

The scholarship recipient is chosen in April and the award will be presented by the Dean shortly thereafter.
