Our faculty are currently engaged in exciting research in many different areas at the University of Kansas Medical Center:

  • Sensory Processing in Everyday Life - on-line resources and research related to how people respond to environmental demands based on their sensory information.

  • Virginia Gore Neuro-Occupation Laboratory - Research relating neuroanatomy and the neuronal basis of functional performance, employing the techniques of histology and stereology.

  • Visual Neuroscience Laboratory - research related to brain development, neural plasticity, and visual function.
