Printing EVC Standard: Multicolor printing jobs will be printed within seven working days 90% of the time. One-color printing jobs will be printed within four working days 90% of the time. Xerographic duplicated jobs will be produced within two business days 90% of the time. Activity: Customer Satisfaction Feedback averages EVC Standard: Incoming, identifiable first class USPS and interdepartmental mail is sorted and delivered the following business day 90% of the time.
