Marcia Gilliland R.N., B.S.N., M.H.S. Contract Management Services provides contractual services with numerous vendors that directly impact the University, its staff, faculty, students and employees. The Contract Administrator is responsible for the management of these contacts. Services currently under contract include: Environmental Services Pest Control Confidential document shredding/disposal service Window washing Contract Management ensures that the agreements between KUMC and the outside contractors are measurable, enforceable, and delivered in a cost effective and efficient manner. The Contract Administrator has the authority to create specifications for a contract, change a contract or cancel a contract. All contractors will assume the social responsibility, which includes the environment, high quality service to the consumer and its employees. Measurement of Effectiveness (MOE'S): The Contract Administrator will initiate unannounced environmental rounds with the Project Manager on a weekly basis's. An objective form will be utilized to determine the MOE. The goal is to maintain a 95% or better in the quality of work performed. Environmental Services (913) 588-3535 |
