Services provided by the facility

• Preparation of 50 chromosome spreads. 
• Will count and determine percentage of euploid cells.

Responsibilities of the investigator

• Provide the facility with frozen ampoule of ES cells.
• Submit a “service request form”

Fees for Gene Targeted Mouse service

• $220.00 for ES cell karyotyping per clone.
• Service Request Form for Karyotyping.
