Remember, keep your elbow straight!

Once you have the slides in your hands, simply grab one by the corner and hold it at arm's length.

Squint a bit, and try to see what it says. Even better, shuffle the slides first, then try this out - if you can sort the slides according to your presentation outline then you are doing well for both sizing and organization.

Be critical of your work, since you can count on having at least one critic in any audience. Be certain that you have covered all the essential information, that there is no extraneous information, and that the visuals you plan to use actually illustrate the concepts you plan to present and discuss.
