In the beginning . . .

Here's a hint to use while still in the early stages, using the sketches you've made on the 4"x6" index cards. Take the cards and spread them across the floor. Walk around while trying to see and read each card as you stand above it.

If you can see all the information on the card, that visual is about the right size. If you can't, re-size the information or get rid of it altogether. If you can stand on your chair and still see it, that's even better.

Ok, but that's only the sketch. What about estimating sizes later, while you work on the computer? Well, all you have to do is ask . . .
