Your membership will also support the ASP in activities that promote photobiological research and raise the profile of photobiology in the research community. The ASP Web site has resources for job searching and for research and teaching. This includes Photobiological Sciences Online, a free internet-based textbook on photobiology, sponsored by the American Society for Photobiology.

Society meetings foster interchange and networking among photobiological disciplines. ASP's meeting is biennial, alternating years with the meeting of the ESP.
