GENERAL INFORMATION
The American Society for Photobiology is offering a Short Course on the afternoon of Saturday, June 15, 1996 from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. during the Annual Meeting. Nik Kollias and Rox Anderson from Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston are organizing this informative session.

FOCUS
The focus of the Photodermatology Short Course will be photosensitizers in skin and will address such topics as photodynamic therapy with ALA and Photofrin and provide an indepth discussion on the status and clinical challenges of these modalities. Other topics to be included will be psoralen photochemotherapy and what new laser and non-laser therapies are coming. There will be discussion during the session chaired by R. Rox Anderson, MD, Wellman Labs of Photomedicine, Boston.
CME CREDIT
This course has been approved by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) for 3 hours of CME credit. Dermatologists and other professionals can receive up to 28 hours of CME credit approved by the AAD for attending the other sessions of the American Society for Photobiology Meeting.
REGISTRATION FEE
The advance registration fee is $160 for the course and separate registration is required. Complete the Short Course Registration Form in the centerfold of this booklet. Mail with applicable fee to:
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION
The deadline for advance registration for the Short Course is May 1, 1996. After this date registration must be made at the meeting and at the higher fee of $180.
In an effort to maintain informality the number of participants will be limited to 35. Early registration is recommended.
PAYMENT
Checks must be written on US banks in US funds or for the equivalent amount in foreign currency on a foreign bank. For your convenience, you may combine the Short Course fee with your meeting registration fee in one check. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
REFUNDS
There will be a handling fee of $25 for any Short Course registration cancellation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing.
RECEIPTS AND BADGES
Receipts and badges will be available at the meeting registration desk. Badges will be specially marked to permit entry to the Course.
