OMNI HOTEL AT CNN CENTER - ATLANTA, GEORGIA
A special room rate of $124.00 per night single or double occupancy has been arranged at the Omni Hotel located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.
The Omni Hotel is part of the CNN Center Complex which is the global headquarters of Turner Broadcasting and houses the studios of three 24 hour news networks - CNN, Headline News and CNN International. A large variety of shops are also located in the complex along with a number of restaurants in the food court.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE
A limited number of rooms are available for Associate Members only in double, triple or quad occupancy at the rate of $95 per night. Important: Reservations in this category must be made though the ASP Office.
Complete the Hotel Reservation Form in the centerfold section and mail or fax directly to the ASP Office. Be sure to indicate the name(s) of the persons sharing the room. Also include a copy of student ID or letter certifying eligibility with your reservation.
NOTE: The ASP Office will not make assignments of roommates. Please arrange your own roommates and inform us when reserving rooms in this category. However, please see the following section for information regarding the "roommate matching Service" provided by the ASP Office.
ROOMMATE MATCHING SERVICE
Anyone wishing to share a room during the meeting may contact the ASP Office and ask to be put on a Roommate list. You will need to furnish your arrival and departure dates, phone number and roommate preference (male/female; smoker/ non-smoker). We will furnish matching names and you may contact the person(s) directly to make your joint accommodation arrangements.
To make reservations for the Omni, complete the Hotel Reservation Form included in the centerfold section of this booklet. Indicate your choice of accommodations and your arrival and departure dates. Your reservation cannot be processed without this information.
A check for the first night's deposit must accompany your reservation or, if you wish, the deposit may be charged to a major credit card.

It is important that you make your reservations for the hotel by MAY 14, 1996. After that date rooms will be on a space available basis only, and at their regular higher rates. This year many of the pre-Olympic activities will be going on in and around Atlanta at the same time as the ASP Meeting, so it is particularly urgent that you make your hotel reservations by the above deadline date!
To change or cancel your reservation, notify the Omni Hotel as soon as possible. However, to avoid being charged for the room, reservations must be canceled prior to 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival.
