Notes:

Basic Sciences:

Years 1 and 2 are spent primarily in the classroom.

Slides:

Slide 1: The famous GROSS ANATOMY LAB. Point out the wrist, fingers and pulled-back skin on the cadaver. (define gross)

Slide 2: Classes are a lot like college classes -- we take fewer classes than in college, but they are a bit harder.

Slide 3: This is Physical Diagnosis class. We also take Anatomy, Biochemistry, Clinical Science, Neuroscience, Physiology, Histology, Microbiology, Pathology, Behavioral Science, and Pharmacology.

Slide 4: Small group discussions are a new addition to the curriculum. They help us learn by studying cases of real patients.
