We cordially invite you to our first meeting of the semester. Come
learn more about the history of the AMA which will be presented by Nick
Rohrhoff, a medical student from the University of Miami Miller School
of Medicine, who is serving as the AMA's Government Relations Advocacy
Fellow at the Washington D.C. office. Afterward, we will have a panel
of 3rd and 4th year med students from our school that will give us tips
on how to succeed in medical school. Best of all, we will be providing
Panera Bread lunch boxes to the first 100 attendees!!

AMA-MSS Resumes Updates
January 15, 2002
After an unplanned hiatus, regular website maintenance has been
resumed. We hope to use the KUMC AMA-MSS website to help KU AMA members
obtain information about upcoming meetings and events. Additionally,
the links have been updated, and in the near future we hope to provide
a summary of the activities of each committee.
The link page is full of links to valuable resources for all medical
students. Please note, however, that due to copyright issues, the
Medical Student Study Guides are ONLY accessible when attempting to
access them from the KUMC campus. This is the result of a decision by
the study guide author, and we at the AMA-MSS are determined to respect
his wishes/legal rights. So please don't email us asking for access.
We are currently working hard on expanding the resources you see here,
so if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about what you
would like to see, please email us
